The Mission & Formation Directorate is responsible for embedding the core elements of the Society’s lay Catholic identity, spirituality, mission and values into the organisational culture. 

The teams within the Directorate are responsible for state-wide coordination of spiritual and pastoral care services to people we serve across all services and programs; ethics advice; archives and heritage; and formation.
