Your Role
Are you a compassionate AIN looking to make a real impact? Join our supportive team at Freeman House, where you'll provide high-quality care to visitors in a safe and welcoming environment. Freeman House offers residential and inpatient alcohol and other drug treatment to adults experiencing substance-related harm and dependency. As part of our passionate and dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in delivering client-centered services, fostering a respectful and supportive space that empowers individuals on their recovery journey.
Your Responsibility

Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, mobility, feeding).

Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN/EN.

Support patient intake, admission, discharge, and documentation.

Administer medications and treatments as directed.

Provide emotional support to patients and families.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
You Will Need

Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability or equivalent.

AHPRA registration or completion of an approved AIN program.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Understanding of infection control and safety procedures.

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
