Your Role
- An experienced retail leader to manage the new Vinnies mega retail outlet opening soon in Western Sydney

This is a great opportunity to lead a new Vinnies Mega Outlet opening soon in Auburn that will have an extensive range of good quality products. As a full-time Store Manager, you will build strong relationships within the local community, generate excitement for the Vinnies brand, and drive customer engagement to maximise sales. This will be a fast-paced retail environment where your hands-on operational expertise, strategic planning ability and strong people management skills will be essential to your success in this role. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the store from Tuesday to Saturday.
Your Responsibility
- Supervise, coach and train a team of paid staff and volunteers
- Build an inclusive and positive workplace culture
- Foster strong customer focus and enhance team coordination to achieve shared performance goals
- Embed exceptional operational and visual merchandising standards
- Meet and exceed sales and KPI performance of the store
- Uphold the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
- Be a role model for a 'safety first' culture in store
- Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store
You Will Need
- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
- Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coaching
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
