Your Role

 

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, energetic environment where no two days are the same. You will be working with a passionate team and making a real difference through the power of pre-loved fashion. If you enjoy staying active, have a great eye for quality and style, and love helping customers find something special, this role offers the chance to build strong retail skills while supporting a meaningful cause.

Your Responsibility

 

 

 

  • Delivering friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable customer service

  • Receiving, sorting and pricing donated stock in line with Vinnies guidelines

  • Replenishing shelves and racks to keep the store looking full and inviting

  • Using your creativity to assist with visual merchandising

  • Supporting the team to achieve daily sales targets

  • Following Vinnies policies and procedures at all times

You Will Need

 

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service

  • A good understanding of fashion, trends and quality pre-loved items

  • High energy and a willingness to get stuck in and support the team

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods
