Your Role

We’re looking for a talented and engaging Store Manager for our stunning Bondi Beach store, who loves retail, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and wants to find a role where they will make a difference. Take ultimate accountability to drive and lead growth whilst providing an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, donors and volunteers.

 

Your Responsibility

  • Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
  • Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
  • Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
  • Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
  • Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
  • Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.

You Will Need

  • A passion for NFP’s and the charity space, a love for second hand goods, fashion and/or sustainability.
  • The ability and desire to work in a hands-on role, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong retail business acumen, with the ability to drive sales and KPI’s.
  • Exceptional operational and customer service standards.
  • The ability to develop and lead a team of employees and volunteers.
  • A commitment to building relationships with customers and the community, to support financial outcomes and build the volunteer workforce.
