- Part-time Role: 30.4 hours per week, flexible on pattern of days and hours.

Your Role
In this exciting newly created role, you will focus on community engagement and trust building, supporting community-led plans, and influencing systems change.You will work closely with local teams, community leaders and partners to strengthen collaboration, champion community voices and contribute to innovative, person-led practice that helps communities thrive. You will be joining a supportive, inclusive team committed to working alongside communities to make a real difference.
Your Responsibility

Support the design and embedding of place-based, person-led practice

Enable community participation and build organisational capability

Strengthen co-design and participatory methods in service design and innovation

Facilitate collaboration across sectors to enhance collective impact

Translate community insights and evaluation into improved approaches and outcomes
You Will Need
-
Qualifications and/or experience in community development, social work, community services, education or a related field
- NSW Drivers Licence
-
Strong understanding of community development and asset-based approaches
-
Experience working with people experiencing social exclusion, trauma, homelessness or unemployment

Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate programs, activities and events for vulnerable groups

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

Flexibility and adaptability in changing work environments
