Your Role
Vinnies are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality healthcare support to our clients at Rendu House,
This is a highly rewarding and autonomous role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape how you deliver services and establish key referral pathways between primary healthcare providers and Rendu House. This role is diverse and offers exposure to a wide range of healthcare and social services programs, as well as providing crucial outreach services to our clients. You’ll be joining a small but dedicated team that values inclusiveness, collaboration, and professional growth across multiple teams and services.
Your Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality healthcare support to clients of Rendu House.
- Develop and maintain referral pathways between General Practitioners, Primary Healthcare services, and Rendu House.
- Provide healthcare education and information to Rendu House staff.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of healthcare support systems within the organisation.
- Ensure that all healthcare services provided align with best practices and meet the needs of clients.
You Will Need
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in a clinical, community, hospital, or public health setting.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvements in healthcare delivery.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage workloads based on client needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, staff, management, and external agencies.
- Experience in networking, liaising, and developing partnerships with healthcare providers, including GPs.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- NSW Drivers Licence (Unencumbered)
