Your Role

 

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high quality healthcare support to clients at Rendu House. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how services are delivered, establish key referral pathways with primary healthcare providers, and provide vital outreach support to clients. You will work closely with a committed team that values collaboration, inclusiveness, and professional development. This position offers exposure to a broad range of healthcare and social services programs, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful community impact.

Your Responsibility

 

  • Deliver high quality healthcare support to clients of Rendu House

  • Develop and maintain referral pathways with GPs, primary healthcare services, and other providers

  • Provide healthcare education and advice to Rendu House staff

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of healthcare support systems

  • Ensure services align with best practice and meet the needs of clients

You Will Need

 

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

  • Experience in a clinical, community, hospital, or public health setting

  • A strong commitment to continuous quality improvement

  • The ability to prioritise and manage competing demands based on client needs

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience in building relationships with healthcare providers, including GPs

  • The ability to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds

  • A current and unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence
