Your Role
Bring your sense of humour, positive attitude, and can-do approach to a team that feels like family, where a strong sense of community, inclusivity, and enjoyment is embraced. Your Responsibilities
- Spreading positivity: Create a warm, engaging, and fun environment for the individuals you support.
- Building independence: Assist individuals in developing everyday life skills and confidence.
- Providing essential care: Support with personal care, health, and well-being needs.
- Creating connections: Help individuals engage with their community and build social networks
- Advocating for choice and dignity: Promote person-centred support in line with NDIS principles.
- Being a team player: Work collaboratively to create a welcoming and supportive workplace.
You Will Need
- A passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
- A positive mindset, and the ability to make work enjoyable for yourself and others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in disability support or a keen willingness to learn
- Commitment to safeguarding and quality standards (NDIS)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You Certificate of completion, or willingness to obtain.
