Your Role

 

We’re seeking to fill a full-time Cluster Manager for our retail hub in the Riverina and Murray regions.  You will oversee the operations at the base store in Lavington and its satellite stores in Albury and Corowa; minimal travel is required within the hub. Success in this role will depend on your ability to manage operational responsibilities while effectively supervising a largely volunteer team.  Your ability to coach, train, empower and motivate the team will help establish a stable foundation for a successful team performance.  Sorting and pricing donations generously provided by members of our local community is a key activity within the hub.  Effectively guiding and supporting the team through the sorting and pricing process will help maximise the value of donated good, identify and showcase quality products, generate customer interest and ultimately drive sales.  

Your Responsibility

  • Inspire, coach, train and develop a high performing team.
  • Coordinate the replenishment and visual merchandising of stock in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure all aspects of store operations meet performance and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the consistent implementation of security measures to minimise loss of resources and assets.
  • On a regular basis review and analyse sales performance, develop strategies to enable stores to always meet or exceed targets. 

You Will Need

  • Relevant qualifications in business or retail management,
  • Experience in managing operations within a multi-site environment.
  • Ideally experience and knowledge on fashion retail and trends   
  • Proven strong leadership skills that include people performance management, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • High level skills in planning/organising, stock management, rostering, and sales performance analysis.
  • Ability to develop strategies to lift or enhance sales performance.
  • High level computer skills in MS Office programs in Word, Excel and Outlook.
