Your Role
Are you ready to put your high-level systems administration and coordination skills to work in a role that makes a real operational impact? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Retail and Logistics Systems Coordinator based in Stanmore. This role is responsible for the administration, coordination and oversight of Vinnies’ retail and logistics systems, and is integral to supporting the efficiency of operations across our retail network. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience and strong capability in coordinating and supporting business systems within retail, eCommerce, logistics, warehousing, or similar environments.
Your Responsibility
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration and operation of Retail and Logistics systems
- Maintain system integrity, user functionality and operational continuity across retail and logistics environments
- Investigate, troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of system-related issues within agreed service timeframes
- Act as a key liaison between operational teams, internal IT providers, and external system vendors
- Coordinate support requests, service issues, upgrades, and vendor escalations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system processes, efficiency, and user experience
- Ensure data integrity and appropriate operational controls are maintained
- Support the configuration and maintenance of operational workflows, user permissions, and business processes within systems
You Will Need
- Experience coordinating or supporting operational business systems within retail, ecommerce, logistics, warehousing, or similar environments
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate effective resolutions
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools
