If you’re looking to pursue a meaningful career, joining Vinnies as Events and Community Fundraising Coordinator is an excellent opportunity.  We are seeking to fill this full-time role to support the delivery of community fundraising events, initiatives and campaigns.  An energetic, results-driven, and highly organised individual is ideal for this busy role.  The role involves a lot of administration and coordination that you will need to have great techniques to manage various activities with time constraints.  Your proven administration, communication, and people engagement skills will play a crucial part to your success. Some fundraising knowledge and experience would be highly regarded.  While you have your individual work goals to fulfil, working well with other team members is equally important to achieve shared performance objectives.

Your Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support and coordination
  • Coordinate the delivery of peer to peer and other community fundraising initiatives and events
  • Contribute to the development of the events portfolio
  • Assist in the development and execution of a detailed fundraiser journey

You Will Need

  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s and/or experience in marketing, fundraising and events.
  • Demonstrated ability and expertise in coordinating high-performing and diversified community fundraising events and campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent administrative and time management capabilities to oversee and implement the delivery of fundraising activities and processes within the team.
