Your Role

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of four and deliver integrated, performance-led marketing that supports Vinnies Retail, Commercial Enterprise, Fundraising, Members & Volunteers, Early Intervention programs and more. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering state-wide marketing activity, balancing brand leadership with performance marketing to drive growth, engagement and impact. You’ll be part of a directorate focused on planning, delivering impact, building strong government and corporate partnerships, and elevating the Vinnies brand across digital, creative and communications channels.

Your Responsibility

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans aligned to organisational strategy and growth targets
  • Lead end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns, from insight through to optimisation and reporting
  • Drive performance marketing across paid digital channels, including paid social, to improve acquisition, conversion and ROI
  • Grow the Vinnies Finds e-commerce platform through always-on digital marketing and new growth opportunities
  • Plan and lead NSW fundraising appeal marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Fundraising and Commercial Enterprise teams to grow donors, customers and partners
  • Lead continuous optimisation using data, testing and insights
  • Drive marketing technology and responsible AI adoption to improve personalisation and efficiency
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, tracking and reporting

You Will Need

  • Be a values driven marketing leader who inspires high performance, collaboration and accountability
  • Bring solid experience in B2C marketing, brand and communications
  • Have strong experience leading integrated marketing campaigns in a commercial, retail or e-commerce environment
  • Be confident across performance marketing and digital channels, including paid media, paid social, analytics, marketing automation and emerging technologies
  • Be both creative and analytical, able to develop strong ideas and measure their impact
  • Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Bring strong generalist marketing capability, spanning strategy, digital and performance marketing, advertising, campaigns, content collaboration and customer engagement

Desirable:

  • Experience in large or complex organisations
  • Budget management experience
