Your Role
A diverse role offering the opportunity to take full ownership, drive meaningful system improvements, and shape how people technology supports our organisation. As People Systems Specialist, you will champion efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across our people systems, ensuring that people processes run smoothly and effectively across the organisation. You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team that values your growth and development, with ongoing training opportunities to expand your skills and advance your career.
Your Responsibility
- Manage the SAP SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central, Recruiting (RMK), Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Reporting
- Configure and maintain workflows, permissions, and role-based access
- Lead release management, including quarterly updates and system enhancements
- Review new releases and implement improvements that deliver real impact
- Provide system support, resolving issues and identifying risks and opportunities
- Drive optimisation initiatives to improve performance and user experience
- Manage change requests, system security, and documentation
- Configure, test, and deploy enhancements and new modules
- Analyse data to troubleshoot issues and strengthen data integrity
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business insights
- Ensure accurate management and cleansing of people data
- Collaborate with ICT, Payroll, and external vendors to deliver system improvements
You Will Need
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration or equivalent
- Strong capability in configuration and role-based permissions
- Highly analytical with strong data management and reporting skills
- Experience with HRIS integrations and data migration
- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
- A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience handling employee data, reporting, and documentation
- Skilled in developing user guides and Standard Operating Procedures
