Your Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated People & Culture Adviser to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people and leaders across the organisation. You will coach and guide leaders to build capability, manage risk, and foster an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
Your Responsibility
· Provide timely, compliant, and appropriate support to People Leaders
· Conduct workplace investigations in line with policies and procedures
· Escalate complex matters and seek guidance from senior People & Culture leadership
· Ensure compliance with policies, industrial instruments, and relevant legislation
· Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives (including DIAP and RAP)
· Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of policies, processes, and procedures
· Support performance review cycles and career development initiatives
· Build strong stakeholder relationships across People & Culture and the wider organisation
· Participate in or lead initiatives to improve engagement, recruitment, retention, and development
· Maintain accurate records, case files, and prepare reports as required
You Will Need
· Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
· Strong knowledge of HR policies, industrial instruments, and employment legislation
· Proven experience advising and coaching leaders on employee matters
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
· Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and build leader capability through coaching
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
· Proficiency in HR and payroll systems
