Your Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the coordination and evaluation of state-wide programs that empower our members and volunteers to deliver vital services to communities in need. This is a dynamic, data-driven role where you'll shape strategy through detailed reporting, smart insights, and continuous program improvement. You'll collaborate with regional teams and senior leaders to ensure programs are effective, community-aligned, and strategically sound.
Your Responsibility
- Coordinating and monitoring a suite of state-wide programs supporting our members and volunteers.
- Creating accurate reports and sharing actionable insights with key stakeholders.
- Analysing program performance using tools like Power BI to drive data-informed decisions.
- Supporting program planning, reviews, and improvements to ensure lasting community benefit.
- Assisting in project delivery, from developing resources to tracking milestones and reporting outcomes.
- Partnering with regional operations teams to ensure volunteers are well-equipped and supported.
- Conducting research, identifying trends, and preparing strategic reports to inform program evolution
You Will Need
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and CRM systems for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience coordinating programs and reporting outcomes (ideally in a not-for-profit or member-based setting)
- Strong analytical abilities and the confidence to communicate insights with clarity and purpose.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and proactive, solution-focused approach.
