Your Role
Your Responsibility

Coordinate and monitor statewide member and volunteer programs to ensure effective delivery and reporting.

Prepare and maintain accurate reports for internal and external governance bodies.

Analyse data and use systems like Power BI to evaluate program performance and impact.

Support planning and review of programs in line with the Society’s Strategic Plan.

Work collaboratively with regional staff to ensure members and conferences are supported in delivering care and assistance programs.

Lead project activities, manage documentation, and coordinate resources to deliver program and reporting outcomes on time and within scope.

Recommend systems-based solutions to improve data collection, reporting and program management processes.
You Will Need
-
Tertiary qualifications in business, project management or a related field.

Experience coordinating or reporting on programs, ideally within a not-for-profit or membership-based environment.

Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
