Your Role
As a Property Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our Property and Facilities team, ensuring our buildings, assets and systems run smoothly and efficiently. From managing property records, coordinating approvals to supporting capital projects, you’ll provide vital administrative and system support that helps us deliver real impact for the communities we serve. Every day will bring variety — from supporting strategic projects, keeping our property records up to date, to preparing reports for leadership, to working with suppliers and stakeholders on approvals. This opportunity is a 6 month appointment, full time with hybrid flexibility.
Your Responsibility

Support the implementation of our statewide property and asset management strategy.

Keep accurate and up-to-date property and asset records, valuations and compliance documentation.

Coordinate approval processes for contracts, preparing reports and tracking progress through committees and boards.

Provide administrative support including records management, correspondence and meeting coordination.

Assist with budgets, asset management plans and reporting to inform decision making.
You Will Need

Strong organisational and data management skills, with attention to detail.

The ability to analyse data and contribute to effective reporting.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong communication skillls.

A collaborative approach and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

(Desirable) A current NSW driver licence.
