Your Role

 

As the Property Project Administrator you will support the delivery of Vinnies’ Property Strategy and delivery of projects. You will contribute to the team’s and Vinnies’ success through performing and coordinating administration tasks to support the Property Strategy and Development teams in delivering program and project works.

Your Responsibility

 

  • Support the implementation of a state-wide property and life cycle plans to maintain, utilise, improve and maximise the value of the property portfolio.
  • Administer the Property tracker including updating and tracking approvals, project status and project expenditure.
  • Assist with the procurement of consultants.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, developing communication strategies and reporting to ensure that the status of projects is understood, and information is kept up to date.
  • Prepare and manage all reporting for strategic initiatives, projects and program reporting.

You Will Need

 

  • Excellent communication, customer and relationship management skills.
  • Experience or qualifications in coordinating projects or programs of activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple stakeholders and programs of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply skills and knowledge to navigate hurdles to deliver initiatives.
  • Exceptionally high organisational skills and the ability to communicate and organise others where applicable.
