Your Role

We are looking for a casual Privacy Recrods Management Officer to join Vinnies. You will support the Privacy Records Management Project (PRMP)Team, implementing the policies and procedures necessary to ensure the secure maintenance, cataloguing, storage and destruction of Society Records.

You Will Need

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply policies and procedures 
  • Be self-motivated and have a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration and technology including Excel, Word, MS Outlook (or the capability to acquire this proficiency).
  • Analytical skills and experience in stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Preparedness to travel to different sites across Sydney
  • A current Driver’s Licence
