Your Role

Join us as a Recruitment Partner and lead the charge in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top-tier talent at Vinnies NSW. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and People & Culture teams to deliver strategic, end-to-end recruitment solutions that drive growth and success across our organisation.

 

You will partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet hiring needs, source and engage passive talent, and drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes and onboarding. You'll also support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and contribute to projects that enhance the candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.

You Will Need

  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing, relationship management and recruiting high volume roles.
  • Proven experience in building passive and active talent pipelines across multiple business areas and hard to fill roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence, advise and communicate with leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience in a not for profit, and recruiting for Corporate and Community sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter, but not essential.
