Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Consultant, People Systems & Analytics to play a key role in delivering impactful workforce solutions aligned to our Strategic Plan and People, Culture and Safety Business Plan.About the RoleIn this role, you will lead the successful implementation and optimisation of people systems—particularly SAP SuccessFactors—while delivering high-quality workforce analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.You will act as a critical link between People & Culture, ICT, and external partners, ensuring systems are effective, integrated, and continuously improved.
Your Responsibility
• Lead and support the implementation of technology enhancements to enable strategic and operational people initiatives
• Collaborate with ICT and external Enablement Partners on SuccessFactors projects, including new module implementations, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and system providers, staying current with emerging features, best practices, and support channels
• Partner with internal stakeholders on contract, licence, and service agreement negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and budget
• Collect, analyse, and interpret workforce data to generate meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics across key workforce areas such as turnover, recruitment, diversity, engagement, and performance
• Identify trends and patterns in workforce data, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Deliver regular HR reporting packs for executive and leadership audiences
• Support audit and compliance requirements through accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
• Continuously enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of workforce information
• Promote and uphold workplace health and safety practices, ensuring a safe environment for staff, members, and volunteers
• Ensure effective risk management protocols and procedures are implemented and maintained
About You
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability and a passion for continuous improvement
• Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
• Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and governance
• Knowledge of workforce metrics, HR reporting, and compliance requirements
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
