- SCHCADS Award LV5 hourly rates range from $51- $53.31

Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and passionate Program Coordinator to support the design, implementation and expansion of the Vinnies Service Medallion - a multi-year formation program for high school students across NSW. This role is key to driving youth engagement and creating meaningful service pathways within the St Vincent de Paul Society. In this diverse role you’ll support program delivery, establish evaluation frameworks, ensure curriculum alignment, and foster strong relationships with schools, dioceses and education networks. Your work will ensure the Service Medallion becomes the primary engagement tool for high school students statewide.
Your Responsibility

Support the design, rollout and scaling of the Vinnies Service Medallion across NSW

Develop a robust framework for monitoring, evaluation and reporting on program outcomes

Ensure strong alignment with NSW secondary curriculum and safeguarding standards

Promote the program through strategic marketing, presentations and public relations

Collaborate with schools, dioceses, tertiary institutions and internal teams to grow the program

Identify and map volunteer opportunities in partnership with Volunteer Managers

Contribute to broader strategic goals and youth engagement initiatives
You Will Need
-
Tertiary qualifications in Education, Social Sciences or a related discipline

Experience with the education system and developing programs aligned to secondary curriculum standards.

Strong skills in research, program evaluation and data analysis

Expertise in stakeholder engagement, public relations and digital communication strategies

Exceptional project management abilities, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

High level of digital literacy, including proficiency in content development and digital tools
