Your Role

Ready to take the lead across a thriving retail network on the Central Coast? This is your chance to step into a high impact Area Manager role where no two days are the same. You’ll oversee a portfolio of 10–12 stores, driving performance, leading from the front and bringing fresh energy to multi-site retail operations. From boosting sales to elevating customer experience, you’ll play a key role in delivering results while supporting a purpose driven organisation that gives back to the community. Your Responsibility

You’ll be the driving force behind your area, balancing people leadership, commercial outcomes and operational excellence.
 
You will:
  • Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers and their teams to deliver strong results
  • Drive sales, productivity and profitability across multiple sites
  • Implement innovative retail strategies and lead change initiatives across your area
  • Ensure exceptional store standards, visual merchandising and customer experience
  • Analyse performance data to inform decisions and continuously improve results
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and development of both staff and volunteers
  • Partner with logistics teams to ensure a consistent flow of quality stock to stores
  • Champion safe, compliant and efficient operations across all locations
  • Build a high performing, engaged and customer first culture

You Will Need

You’re a confident, hands-on retail leader who knows how to juggle multiple sites while keeping your people motivated and your stores performing.
 
You bring:
  • Proven multi-site retail management experience (essential)
  • Experience in change management and transformation in a retail setting
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, manage costs and understand KPI's & retail levers
  • A passion for coaching, developing and empowering teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Experience in fast paced, high volume retail environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the Central Coast area
