Location: Work across both our Liverpool and Blacktown sites

Max-term Part-time until 31 Oct 25 : 22.5 hours per week: Mondays, Thursdays and Friday 9 - 5pm

Your Role
Join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of men experiencing homelessness and housing challenges. You'll be part of a supportive, inclusive environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning. Together, we provide compassionate care and practical support, empowering those we assist to rebuild their lives.
Your Responsibility

Welcome and orient new clients to the service.

Oversee the Entry Hub , supporting individuals accessing essential services such as food, clothing, showers, and laundry facilities.

Ensure a clean, safe environment with regular room inspections.

Manage client and visitor flow responsibly.

Maintain records and support high-quality accommodation services.

Assist case workers and help clients implement case plans.

Collaborate with staff to meet client needs efficiently.

Advocate for clients with external agencies as needed.

Provide client transport when required.
You Will Need
-
Relevant certificate, equivalent experience, or ongoing tertiary study in a related field.

Ethical, non-judgmental approach with a strong commitment to residents and staff.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
-
Ability to exercise sound judgment in crises and emergencies.
-
Unrestricted NSW driver's license.

Proven customer service skills.

Current first aid certificate.
