Your Role
Join a dynamic team providing high-quality case management and evidence-based support to individuals experiencing substance dependence across the New England region. This role focuses on delivering flexible, individualised care aligned with the AOD Model of Care and fostering strong partnerships with health providers and Aboriginal medical services. You will be joining a compassionate and supportive team that values your expertise, prioritises your professional development, and empowers you to make a lasting difference in the community.
Your Responsibility
- Deliver case management and therapeutic support, including culturally appropriate treatments
- Facilitate educational groups, conduct assessments, and provide psychosocial support.
- Collaborate with general practitioners, mental health services, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to compliance standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
You Will Need
- Relevant qualifications in AOD, community services, or a related field (or working towards them).
- Experience managing complex caseloads and providing therapeutic interventions.
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- A valid NSW driver’s license and basic computer skills.
