Your Role
If you’ve ever dreamed of swapping city stress for a quiet lifestye and community spirit, here’s your chance. We’re looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our Vinnies retail store in tranquil Mullumbimby. You’ll be the driving force behind our Vinnies store, leading a vibrant mix of community members to create a welcoming space where every sale helps make a difference. You’ll manage daily operations, budgets, stock, merchandising and, most importantly, ensure every customer and volunteer feels valued. This is a role that combines community impact with business smarts and a healthy dose of Mullumbimby charm.
Your Responsibility
· Lead a passionate team of volunteers, building confidence, connection and fun.
· Keep the store thriving through smart roster, great merchandising and excellent service.
· Create beautiful, high quality displays that reflect the vibe of Mullumbimby.
· Foster a safe, inclusive and positive environment for everyone who walks through the door.
· Deliver outstanding results while making a real difference in the local community.
You Will Need
· Experience leading a retail store or similar, fashion or op-shop experience a plus!
· Strong people skills where you can inspire and motivate a diverse team.
· A creative eye for merchandising and an understanding of what makes customers tick.
· Great financial and organisational skills (you know your way around a budget).
· A warm, community minded approach that fits right in with the Mullumbimby way of life.
