Your Role

We're on the lookoout for Casual Sales Assistants in:

  • Islington (2296
  • North Belmont (2280)
  • Nelson Bay (2315)

If you love retail, have a flair for customer service, and want to be part of a team that makes a real difference, this is your chance to shine! We are looking for Sales Assistants to support our teams and communities.

Your Responsibility

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.
  • Keep our shelves stocked, tidy and looking amazing.
  • Help customers find hidden gems (and maybe spot a few for yourself!).
  • Process sales and donations with accuracy and care.
  • Work with volunteers and teammates to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Bring energy, creativity and great vibes to every shift.

You Will Need

  • Retail or customer service experience - bonus points if you love fashion or styling!
  • A people first approach – friendly, approachable and customer focused.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when needed.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • A can-do attitude, teamwork mentality and a genuine love for helping others.
