Your Role

Bring your positivity and can do attitude to a team that feels like family. This rewarding role focuses on empowering people living with disability to build independence and stay connected to their local communities. Each day you will help create an environment where people feel valued, encouraged and supported to reach their goals. You will join a compassionate team that values your expertise and invests in your development. 

Your Responsibility

• Provide hands-on support in daily living, personal care, and community participation.
• Foster independence and build confidence in those you support.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver person-centred care.
• Uphold the highest standards of care under NDIS guidelines.

You Will Need

✔ First Aid (within last 3 years) and CPR (within last 12 months) 

✔Certificate III in Disabilities (or equivalent).
✔ Experience in person-centred disability support.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate & NDIS New Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
