Your Role

Join our retail team in St Ives as Retail Sales Assistant working 30 hours per week. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude and flexibility to carry out tasks in the different aspects of store operations. In this role, you will sort and price donated items for sale, deliver outstanding customer service and confidently promote products to drive sales. Visual merchandising is important, hence, your eye for styling and detail will be valuable to this role. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and passionate about contributing to the success of the team and store.

Your Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
Replenish stock on the sales floor
Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.

You Will Need

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
Good organisational and time management skills
Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
Understanding of fashion and trends.
