The Business Administration Coordinator is a key role in supporting retail business operations with extensive coordination with internal stakeholders in Retail, Logistics, Fundraising, Commercial Enterprise and Finance. This diverse role combines high-quality administration support, including report writing and business case preparation, project support, stakeholder engagement, and customer service support.
Your Responsibility
- Supporting retail and logistics projects, business cases, reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and assisting with project administration.
- Assisting with financial analysis, feasibility assessments, budgeting, and scenario modelling.
- Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supporting eCommerce customer service enquiries and order-related activities.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational, inventory, and customer-related issues.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
You Will Need
- Proven experience in administrative and project support coordination and working with stakeholders
- Strong attention to details with a high level of accuracy when managing documentation, reports and processes.
- Strong ability to organise, plan, manage priorities in a busy environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work positively and collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
