Your Role

Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that make an impact? We’re looking for a Digital Experience Lead to take charge of our eCommerce store and corporate website, ensuring they run smoothly, look great and engage our audiences. This role is all about improving user journeys, enhancing functionality and making sure our digital platforms are not only reliable but also inspiring. You’ll collaborate with our creative, marketing and retail teams to deliver digital solutions that grow engagement and support our mission of helping communities across NSW.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily management and optimisation of our websites and eCommerce platform.
  • Monitor performance, user behaviour and analytics to drive improvements.
  • Ensure best practice in digital engagement, accessibility and customer experience.
  • Support SEO updates and recommend optimisation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on digital projects and feature rollouts.
  • Provide insights and reports to guide data-driven decisions.

You Will Need

  • Experience managing digital platforms (Shopify or similar CMS).
  • Strong understanding of digital best practice, with some knowledge of UI/UX and SEO (having both is amazing, but being strong in one area works too!).
  • Confidence in using analytics tools to track performance and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative style, with the ability to explain technical ideas in plain English.
  • Experience using marketing automation softwares
