💎SCHCADS Award: Level 3 hourly rates ranging from $48.31-$51.81 (depending on experience)

Your Role
Bring your positivity and can-do attitude to a supportive team where your work makes a real difference in people’s lives. In this rewarding role, you will empower people with disability to build independence, develop workplace skills and succeed in inclusive employment. Each day, you will help create an environment where participants feel valued, encouraged and supported to achieve their goals, while being part of a compassionate team that reflects the values of the St Vincent de Paul Society.
Your Responsibility
• Implement individual development plans, delivering tailored, on-the-job coaching and support.
• Support participant onboarding, training, performance check-ins and ongoing skill development.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including risk assessments, and identify opportunities for job customisation.
• Facilitate activities that promote economic participation, confidence and community inclusion.
• Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to foster disability-confident workplaces.
• Support participants to increase their capacity, independence and workplace and community connections.
• Maintain accurate, timely case notes and participant records in line with organisational policy and quality requirements

What you'll bring
• Ability to work across multiple locations including Brookvale, Woolloomooloo and Lewisham.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Competency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and client databases.
• Experience in employment services, job coaching, retail, hospitality or community services.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain.
