- $46.69 – $50.00 per hour (SCHCADS Award)

Your Role
Join our dedicated team as an Accommodation Support Worker, providing safe, supportive accommodation for people experiencing homelessness. You’ll work closely with Case Workers to deliver personalised care and advocacy, making a real difference every day.
Your Responsibility

Welcome and support clients with empathy and respect

Maintain a safe, supportive environment

Assist Case Workers with tailored client support

Connect clients with essential services
-
Help with daily tasks like meal service and transport

Keep accurate records and communication logs
You Will Need
-
Passion for helping people experiencing homelessness
-
Flexible availability for rotating shifts
-
Relevant qualification (Certificate IV or equivalent experience)

Understanding of Child Protection and ROSH procedures
-
Strong crisis decision-making skills
-
Current First Aid Certificate and NSW Driver Licence

Experience in accommodation, homelessness, or hospitality

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and client databases
