Your Role

We are looking for full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our flagship Vinnies store on Crown Street. This vibrant store is packed with high quality pre-loved treasures and attracts a fashion forward customer base.  Your passion for fashion, eye for visual merchandising and commitment to delivering an exceptional in-store experience will be key to your success. Local knowledge and an understanding of customer style and brand preferences will be highly valued.  You will work with a team that thrives on team coordination.

Your Responsibility

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Follow Vinnies policies and procedures
  • Replenish and maintain stock on the sales floor
  • Use your creativity to support visual merchandising
  • Sort and price stock in line with Vinnies guidelines
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets

You Will Need

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading times
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Energy and enthusiasm to support team success
  • A good understanding of fashion and current trends
