Your Role
- Utilise your management skills to grow the business and team in this revenue-earning scheme funding Vinnies' community services.

The full-time Warehouse Area Manager will lead the Return & Earn teams in Wagga Wagga (base location), Griffith and Dubbo; role will involve travel to these locations. You will be responsible for the effective operation of the sites and ensure their sales growth; manage expense and staff and volunteer development. Your great collaboration and engagement skills are vital to maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
Your Responsibility
- Oversee the overall operations of CDS teams within your area – train, supervise, motivate and provide guidance to staff members and volunteers.
- Establish good working partnerships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
- Drive a culture that exhibits high levels of customer service and safety.
- Ensure work, health and safety practices are implemented and maintained.
- Support the growth of the CDS business through business relationship building, marketing and other relevant strategies
You Will Need
- Proven leadership skills and management experience
- Capacity to work collaboratively in business development
- Competent in using MS Office suite, e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook
- Driver’s licence; capacity to travel
- Good communications and reporting skills
