Your Role

 

This is an exciting new role that combines hands-on client support with property management responsibilities. We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Support Worker who can bring empathy, energy and a practical approach to the role. Based at our Wickham site, you will be a daily source of support for clients, helping create a safe and welcoming environment, and occasionally lending a hand at our Swansea service. Working side by side with dedicated case workers, you will help put individual care plans into action and play a key role in creating positive, lasting change in people’s lives.

 

Your Responsibility

 

  • Prepare and maintain rooms, including beds, laundry and cleaning.

  • Act as the first point of contact for maintenance and property management issues.

  • Support tenancy management processes.

  • Provide general support to clients, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

  • Work collaboratively with case workers and other team members.

You Will Need

 

  • Experience in property management and accommodation services is highly regarded

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A practical, hands-on approach and attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A respectful, non-judgemental attitude with a genuine commitment to client wellbeing.

  • Current first aid certificate and understanding of workplace health and safety.
