Your Responsibility
Join our dedicated team as an Accommodation Support Worker at the Matthew Talbot Hostel and providing safe, supportive accommodation for people experiencing homelessness. You’ll work closely with Case Workers to deliver personalised care and advocacy, making a real difference every day. You will be joining a passionate, close-knit team that values inclusiveness, collaboration, and professional growth across diverse services and programs.
You Will Need
-
Passion for helping people experiencing homelessness

Flexible availability for rotating shifts

Relevant qualification (Certificate IV or equivalent experience)

Understanding of Child Protection and ROSH procedures
-
Strong crisis decision-making skills
-
Current First Aid Certificate and NSW Driver Licence

Experience in accommodation, homelessness, or hospitality

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and client databases
